Cancellation Policy
Please note, the following cancellation fees apply. When less than 24 hours notice a 100% cancellation fee will apply (This will be waived for exceptional circumstances).

Medicare does not cover cancellation fees.

Medicare Rebates
For Australian Clients, Medicare Rebates are available for up to 10 sessions each year with a GP Referral and a MHCP (Mental Health Care Plan).

DVA
Referrals can be made with a GP Referral and a D904 Form. There are no out of pocket expenses, fees are billed directly to DVA.
