I offer in-person, online, and telehealth sessions and am a Medicare-registered provider, allowing Australian clients to claim a rebate. I also welcome DVA clients, who incur no out-of-pocket expenses. My services include individual, couples, and family therapy.With over 24 years of experience across government and non-government child protection services, public and private health sectors, and private practice, I bring a trauma-informed and evidence-based approach to therapy. I have a particular focus on supporting the veteran community, first responders, and individuals experiencing eating disorders.

I work with clients presenting with complex and developmental trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, personality vulnerabilities, child and adolescent behavioural concerns (including sexualised behaviours), domestic violence, and eating disorders.

I am trained in a range of therapeutic modalities, including:

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • CBT-E and SSCM – Eating disorder-specific interventions
